- Child's details: Name, date of birth, and gender.
- Medical information: Allergies, medical conditions, or emergency contact details.
- Media: Photos and videos of performances (only with your explicit consent).

- To manage your child’s enrollment, classes, and show schedules.
- To ensure your child's safety, medical care, and safeguarding during activities.
- To process payments, fees, and invoices.
- To promote our shows using media, where you have granted permission.
3. How We Share Information
We never sell your data. We only share it with:
- Licensed chaperones and authorities for mandatory child performance licensing.
- Emergency medical services if an urgent health issue arises.
- Trusted software providers used to manage our registers and invoicing.
4. Data Security and Retention
We store data securely using encrypted systems. We only keep your data for as long as your child is registered with us, or as required by legal and insurance obligations.
